Setup and Assembly Instructions

The ONBRILL TC02 Sideboard is designed for straightforward assembly. All pieces are pre-inspected and come with idiot-proof labels and numbered parts. A spare hardware kit is included for convenience. For optimal results, two people are recommended for assembly.

1. Step 1: Attach Connectors to Side Panels
   Secure the designated connectors (A x 24) to the curved side panels using a screwdriver. Ensure they are firmly in place.
2. Step 2: Connect Side Panels to Base
   Insert dowels (B x 6) and cam locks (C x 4) into the pre-drilled holes on the base panel. Align the side panels and attach them to the base, securing with the cam locks.
3. Step 3: Attach Connectors to Top Panel
   Secure the designated connectors (A x 2) to the top panel.
4. Step 4: Connect Top Panel to Side Panels
   Insert dowels (B x 8) and cam locks (C x 8) into the top edges of the side panels. Carefully align the top panel and secure it to the side panels using the cam locks.
5. Step 5-8: Install Middle Support Panels
   Insert the middle support panels into the designated slots, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured. Use the appropriate fasteners (B x 6, C x 6, D x 2) as indicated in the assembly video.
6. Step 9: Secure Top and Bottom Panels
   Ensure all top and bottom connections are tight using cam locks (C x 6) and dowels (B x 6).
7. Step 10-12: Attach Leg Support Bar and Legs
   Attach the gold-colored leg support bar to the underside of the cabinet using screws (M x 4). Then, attach the four golden legs (O x 16) to the support bar and the corners of the cabinet base.
8. Step 13-14: Install Adjustable Shelves
   Insert the shelf pins (E x 8) into the desired height holes within the cabinet compartments. Place the adjustable shelves onto these pins.
9. Step 15-18: Attach Door Hinges and Handles
   Attach the hinges (F x 4, G x 4) to the cabinet doors using screws (H x 8, J x 8). Then, attach the wooden handles to the front of each door.
10. Step 19: Install Doors
    Align the door hinges with the pre-drilled holes on the cabinet frame and secure them with screws (K x 16, L x 16). Adjust the hinges as needed for proper door alignment.

Operating Instructions

• Opening/Closing Doors: Gently pull or push the metal handles to open and close the cabinet doors. The hinges are designed for smooth operation.
• Adjusting Shelves: To adjust a shelf, remove all items from it. Carefully lift the shelf and remove the metal pins from their current holes. Reinsert the pins into the desired height holes, ensuring they are level and secure, then place the shelf back on the pins.
• Storage: Utilize the spacious compartments and adjustable shelves to organize various items, from kitchenware and dining accessories to books, media, or personal belongings.
