1. Important Safety Instructions

  • Placement: Place the treadmill on a solid, level surface with at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) of clear space behind it and 0.6 meters (2 feet) on each side. Do not place the treadmill on thick carpet, as this may interfere with ventilation.

3. Assembly Instructions

  2. Unfolding: Gently lift the console and handlebar assembly into the upright position. Secure it using the provided locking pins or knobs.

4. Operation Guide

4.1 Starting the Treadmill

  1. Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
  2. Attach the safety key to the designated slot on the console and clip the other end to your clothing.
  3. Press the 'START' button on the console. The treadmill will begin with a short countdown before the belt starts moving at a low speed.

4.2 Speed Adjustment

Use the 'SPEED +' and 'SPEED -' buttons on the console or handlebars to adjust the running speed. The speed can be set from 0.5 to 9 mph.

4.4 Workout Programs

The treadmill includes 12 pre-set workout programs. Press the 'PROGRAM' or 'MODE' button to cycle through the available programs. Each program offers varying speed and incline profiles to target different fitness goals.

4.5 Heart Rate Monitoring

Grasp the heart rate sensors on the side handlebars with both hands to monitor your pulse during your workout. Your heart rate will be displayed on the console.

4.6 Folding and Storage

To fold the treadmill for storage:

  1. Ensure the treadmill is stopped and unplugged.
  2. Lift the running deck until it locks into the upright position.
  3. The treadmill can then be easily moved using the built-in transport wheels.

To unfold, gently release the locking mechanism and lower the running deck to the floor.
