Important Operating Notes:
- Do not stare at the product screen while driving. If you need to operate it, stop the vehicle in a safe place first.
- Images recorded by this product do not guarantee evidence for accidents or other incidents.
- Continuous recording repeats, but it does not guarantee recording in all situations. There may be cases where data cannot be saved.
- Lane departure warning and forward collision warning are auxiliary functions based on captured images for enjoyment, not for assisting safe driving. Malfunctions or non-operation may occur depending on road conditions, weather, driving conditions, or installation status. The manufacturer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities, regardless of whether these functions operate or not.
Maintenance
MicroSD Card Replacement:
Due to the nature of microSDHC cards, there is a limit to the number of times data can be written. It is recommended to replace the microSDHC card with a new one approximately every year to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
General Cleaning:
Wipe the device and lenses with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the power unit is correctly connected to the vehicle's power supply and the ignition is on. Check all wiring connections.
- No recording: Verify that a microSDHC card is inserted correctly. The device cannot operate without one. Check if the card is full or corrupted; try formatting or replacing the card.
- Poor GPS reception: Ensure the device is not installed near other antennas (terrestrial digital broadcasting, radio) that might cause interference. Relocate the device if necessary.
- Image quality issues: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lenses.
- Malfunctions of warning functions (Lane Departure, Forward Collision): These are auxiliary functions and may not operate correctly depending on road conditions, weather, driving conditions, or installation status. They are not designed to assist safe driving.
For any issues not covered here, please refer to the detailed troubleshooting section in the full instruction manual or contact customer support.
