4. Setup

2. Assemble Cup: Securely attach the 400cc paint cup to the top of the spray gun body.

5. Operation

1. Air Pressure Adjustment: Connect the air compressor and set the working pressure to the recommended range of 2.1-4.9 kg/cm² (approximately 30-70 PSI). Use the air adjustment knob on the gun for fine-tuning.
2. Fluid Adjustment: Turn the fluid adjustment knob (located at the rear of the gun) to control the amount of paint released. Turning it clockwise reduces paint flow, counter-clockwise increases it.

6. Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your spray gun.

1. Immediate Cleaning: After each use, immediately empty any remaining paint from the cup.
2. Flush with Solvent: Fill the paint cup with an appropriate cleaning solvent (e.g., paint thinner for oil-based paints, water for water-based paints). Spray the solvent through the gun until it runs clear.
3. Disassembly and Thorough Cleaning:
   • Disconnect the air supply.
   • Remove the air cap, fluid nozzle, and needle.
