4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the handle.
  2. Open the cover and insert the required batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.2 Initial Power On

Press the power button to turn on the wrench. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current settings.

5.1 Unit Selection

Press the 'U' button to cycle through the available measurement units: Nm, ft-lb, in-lb, kgf-cm, and kgf-m. Select the desired unit before setting the torque value.

5.2 Setting Target Torque

  1. Press the 'M' button to enter the torque setting mode.
  2. Use the arrow buttons (up/down) to adjust the target torque value.
  3. Press the 'OK' button to confirm the setting.

5.3 Operating Modes

The wrench features two operating modes:

  • Track Mode: Displays the real-time torque being applied. Ideal for continuous monitoring.
  • Peak Mode: Captures and displays the maximum torque value reached during an application. Useful for confirming tightening.

5.4 Applying Torque

  1. Attach the appropriate socket or adapter to the wrench head.
  2. Place the socket onto the fastener.
  3. Apply steady force to the wrench handle. The display will show the applied torque.
  4. An audible beep and flashing LED will activate when 80% of the preset torque is reached.
  5. When the target torque is achieved, the indicator lights will illuminate permanently, and the beep will become continuous. Stop applying force immediately.

5.5 Memory Function

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning
