3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Sportneer Rebounder Trampoline. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, especially during unfolding.
- Unfold the Trampoline: Carefully remove the trampoline from its packaging. Place it on a flat surface. With assistance, slowly unfold the trampoline, ensuring hands and fingers are clear of the hinges and springs. The trampoline is under tension, so proceed with caution.
- Attach the Legs: Screw each leg firmly into the designated sockets on the trampoline frame. Ensure all legs are securely tightened before proceeding.
- Install the Handlebar Base: Insert the lower sections of the adjustable handle into the frame's designated slots. Secure them with the provided knobs or pins.
- Attach the Upper Handlebar: Connect the upper handlebar section to the lower sections. Ensure the foam grip is correctly oriented.
- Adjust Handlebar Height: Use the adjustment knobs on the side of the handle to set the desired height. There are 4 levels ranging from 30 to 37 inches. Ensure both sides are adjusted to the same height and securely locked in place.
- Attach Resistance Bands (Optional): If desired, attach the included resistance bands to the designated loops on the trampoline frame or handle.

4. Operating Instructions
The Sportneer Rebounder Trampoline can be used for various exercises and activities. Always prioritize safety during use.
General Usage:
- Step onto the trampoline carefully, holding the handle for balance if needed.
- Begin with gentle bounces to get accustomed to the rebound.
- Maintain control of your body at all times.
- Keep your eyes focused on the mat or a fixed point to maintain balance.
- To stop, gradually reduce your bounce height until you are standing still.
Adjusting the Handle:
The handle can be adjusted to 4 different heights (30", 32.3", 34.6", 37") to accommodate users of various heights and exercise preferences.
- Loosen the adjustment knobs on both sides of the handle.
- Slide the upper handle section up or down to the desired height.
- Ensure the locking pins engage in the corresponding holes for the chosen height.
- Tighten both adjustment knobs securely.

Folding and Storage:
The trampoline can be folded for compact storage. Always exercise caution due to spring tension.
- Remove the adjustable handle by reversing the assembly steps.
- To reduce effort when folding, place both feet on one end of the trampoline frame.
- With both hands, pull up the opposite end of the frame and carefully fold it in half.
- Secure the folded trampoline with any provided straps or clips.
- Store in a safe, dry place such as under a bed, in a closet, or in a car trunk.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your trampoline.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the frame and mat with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. Ensure the trampoline is completely dry before storage or next use.
- Springs and Mat: Periodically check all springs for rust, damage, or detachment. Inspect the mat for tears, holes, or excessive wear. The bouncing surface is reinforced with 8 stitches for enhanced durability.
- Frame and Legs: Ensure all frame connections and leg attachments are tight. Replace any worn or damaged leg tubes using the provided extra replacement tubes.
- Handlebar: Check the handlebar for stability and ensure the foam grip is intact. Tighten adjustment knobs as needed.
- Storage: When not in use, especially outdoors, store the trampoline in a dry, protected area to prevent weather damage.
6. Troubleshooting
