3.1 Camera Components

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Batteries

4.2 Inserting the SD Card

- Insert the 32GB SD card (or another compatible SD/SDHC card up to 256GB) into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
- It is highly recommended to format the SD card directly on the camcorder before first use. Navigate to the 'Settings' menu on the camcorder and select 'Format SD Card'.
4.3 Attaching the External Microphone
- Locate the microphone input port on the camcorder.
- Plug the external microphone into this port.
- Ensure the microphone is securely attached for optimal audio capture.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the 'POWER' button to turn the camcorder on or off.
5.2 Basic Recording
- Turn on the camcorder.
- Adjust the 3.0" IPS screen to your desired viewing angle.
- Press the 'MODE' button to switch between video recording mode and photo capture mode.

During video recording, press the 'OK' button (or the record button) briefly to pause the recording. Press it again to resume recording in the same file. This is useful for creating continuous footage without multiple files.
