Safety Information
- Assembly: Always assemble with at least 3-4 people. Ensure all components are correctly installed and secured.
- Location: Choose a level, well-drained site. Avoid areas prone to strong winds or heavy snow accumulation.
- Anchoring: Securely anchor the greenhouse to the ground using the provided ground stakes and guy ropes. Proper anchoring is crucial for stability, especially in windy conditions.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation to prevent overheating and humidity buildup, which can harm plants. Utilize the roll-up doors and mesh windows.
- Weight Distribution: Do not hang heavy objects from the frame. Distribute plant weight evenly.
- Weather Conditions: In anticipation of severe weather (e.g., strong winds, heavy snow), take additional precautions to secure the greenhouse or temporarily remove the cover if necessary.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the assembly area. Do not allow them to play inside the greenhouse unsupervised.

Setup and Assembly
Assembly of this greenhouse requires 3-4 people. Follow the step-by-step diagrams provided in the included manual for detailed instructions. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
Frame Construction
The greenhouse features a 0.9" (2.4 cm) galvanized steel frame with slant bracing tubes for enhanced stability. Assemble the frame components according to the manual, ensuring all poles are correctly inserted and secured with connectors.

Cover Installation
Carefully drape the 140 gsm PE cover over the assembled frame. Ensure the cover is centered and evenly distributed. The cover features an extended edging of 5.9" (15 cm) which should be buried in the soil to boost warmth and prevent weeds, as well as enhance stability.

Anchoring
Once the cover is in place, use the provided ground stakes and guy ropes to firmly anchor the greenhouse to the ground. This is critical for wind resistance. Ensure the ropes are taut and stakes are fully driven into the soil.

Ventilation and Access
The greenhouse is equipped with three roll-up doors and six mesh windows to manage internal temperature and humidity. Utilize these features for optimal plant health.
- Roll-Up Doors: The front door (63" W x 82.7" H) and two side doors (46.1" W x 70.9" H) can be rolled up and secured to allow easy access and significant airflow.
- Mesh Windows: Six mesh windows (Big Window: 62.6" W x 15.7" H; Small Window: 18.5" W x 15.7" H) are designed to increase airflow while keeping unwanted pests out. Roll up the outer cover flaps to expose the mesh windows for ventilation.

Sunlight and UV Protection
The 140 gsm PE cover allows approximately 85% sunlight penetration, essential for plant photosynthesis, while also providing UV resistance to protect plants from harmful rays.

Maintenance
- Cover Care: Regularly inspect the PE cover for any signs of damage or tearing. The reinforcement grid helps prevent tearing, but prompt repair of small tears can extend the cover's life. Clean the cover periodically with mild soap and water to ensure maximum light transmission.
- Frame Inspection: Periodically check all frame connections and anchoring points to ensure they remain secure. Tighten any loose bolts or ropes.
- Snow Removal: In areas with snowfall, gently remove accumulated snow from the greenhouse roof to prevent structural damage due to excessive weight.
- Seasonal Storage: If disassembling for seasonal storage, clean and dry all components thoroughly before storing them in a cool, dry place to prevent rust and mildew.
Troubleshooting
- Greenhouse Instability: Ensure all ground stakes and guy ropes are properly installed and taut. Verify that the extended cover edges are buried in the soil. Check all frame connections for tightness.
- Poor Ventilation/Overheating: Open all roll-up doors and mesh windows to increase airflow. Consider adding additional ventilation if temperatures remain too high.
- Water Accumulation on Roof: Ensure the cover is taut and properly installed to allow water runoff. Gently push up from the inside to clear any pooling water.
- Cover Damage: Small tears can be repaired with greenhouse repair tape. For significant damage, contact customer support for replacement options.
