2. Important Safety Instructions

• Always ensure the device is unplugged before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
• Keep children and pets away from moving parts during operation.
• Do not use the robot for cats under 2.2 lbs or over 33 lbs.
• Infrared sensors detect your cat’s approach and instantly halt cleaning cycles to prevent accidents. Do not obstruct these sensors.
• Use only clumping or silica gel litter as specified in this manual. Other litter types may cause malfunction.
• Place the unit on a firm, level surface to ensure proper operation of internal sensors.

5. Setup Guide

1. Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the litter box from its packaging. Remove all protective films and internal packing materials.
2. Placement: Place the litter box on a flat, stable surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper operation and access.
3. Install Waste Bin Liner: Pull out the waste bin drawer. Place a new litter liner bag inside the waste bin, ensuring it is properly seated. Close the drawer.
4. Add Cat Litter: Open the top of the drum or pour litter directly into the opening. Fill the drum with clumping or silica gel cat litter up to the indicated fill line. Do not overfill.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the unit and then into a wall outlet. The unit will perform an initial calibration cycle.
6. Wi-Fi Connection (Optional): To use the smart app features, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 3 seconds until you hear a 'beep' sound. Follow the instructions in the app to connect the device to your 2.4G Wi-Fi network.

6. Operating Instructions

Automatic Cleaning Cycle:

The ECORUI Self-Cleaning Litter Box is designed to automatically clean after your cat uses it. The gravity sensors detect when your cat has exited the unit, and after a preset delay (customizable via app), the cleaning cycle will begin. The drum rotates, sifting clean litter and depositing waste into the sealed waste bin.

Manual Cleaning:

To initiate a cleaning cycle manually, press the 'Clean' button on the unit (refer to Figure 3 for button location). The unit will perform a full cleaning cycle.

Smart App Control:

Download the ECORUI app from your smartphone's app store. Once connected via Wi-Fi, the app allows you to:

• Manage cleaning schedules and delays.
• Monitor litter levels and waste bin status.
• Receive instant alerts for full bins or malfunctions.
• View cat usage statistics and health reports.
• Initiate manual cleaning or emptying cycles remotely.

Quiet Operation & Night Mode:

The unit operates at a low noise level (≤40dB), comparable to a quiet library. For undisturbed sleep, activate the dedicated night mode via the app, which further minimizes operational sounds during nighttime hours.

7. Litter Compatibility

The ECORUI Self-Cleaning Litter Box is compatible with most clumping and silica gel cat litters. For optimal performance, ensure the cat litter meets the following specifications:

• Litter Length: Should be ≤0.59 inches.

Using litter outside these specifications may affect cleaning efficiency or cause blockages.

8. Maintenance

Emptying the Waste Bin:

The 15L sealed waste bin can hold waste for up to 15 days for a single cat. When the app or indicator light signals the bin is full, pull out the waste bin drawer, tie the liner bag, and dispose of it. Replace with a new liner.

Cleaning the Unit:

• Drum Cleaning: The internal drum is washable. Unplug the unit, remove the drum (refer to product diagram for removal instructions), and clean with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstallation.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
• Sensor Cleaning: Periodically wipe the infrared and gravity sensors with a soft, dry cloth to ensure they remain free of dust and debris.

The leak-proof design with reinforced edges and a removable, washable liner helps prevent spills and odors, making cleaning easier.
