1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your EFUZCOCI AC 70-500V 0.56" LED Digital Voltmeter. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation. Keep this manual for future reference.
The EFUZCOCI AC 70-500V 0.56" LED Digital Voltmeter is a compact and reliable instrument designed for measuring AC voltage within the range of 70V to 500V. It features a clear 0.56-inch LED display and a two-wire system, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
2. Safety Information
WARNING:
- Do not exceed the maximum input voltage of 500V AC. Input voltage higher than 500V may cause permanent damage to the device and pose a safety hazard.
- Ensure proper insulation and wiring connections to prevent electric shock.
- This device is intended for indoor use in a dry environment. Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.
- Installation should only be performed by qualified personnel familiar with electrical wiring and safety procedures.
- Always disconnect power before making any connections or adjustments.
3. Product Overview
The EFUZCOCI AC 70-500V 0.56" LED Digital Voltmeter is a compact and easy-to-integrate voltage measurement tool. It is available in various display colors including Red, Green, and Blue.

Figure 3.1: Overview of EFUZCOCI AC 70-500V LED Digital Voltmeters in various display colors, including a view of the internal circuit board.
Key Features:
- Measuring Range: AC 70V-500V
- Display: Three-digit 0.56" LED digital tube
- Power Supply: Two-wire system, powered directly by the measured voltage (no external power supply needed)
- Accuracy: ± 1%
- Input Impedance: > 1M ohms
- Refresh Speed: Approximately 300mS / time
- Lead Length: Approximately 20 cm (7.87 inches)
- Operating Temperature: -20 °C to 65 °C
4. Setup and Installation
The voltmeter utilizes a simple two-wire connection for both measurement and power supply.
Wiring Instructions:
- Identify the two wires extending from the voltmeter. These wires serve as both the power input and the voltage measurement input.
- Connect these two wires directly across the AC voltage source you wish to measure. There is no polarity requirement for AC voltage measurement.
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated to prevent short circuits or accidental contact.

Mounting:
The voltmeter is designed for panel mounting. The recommended hole size for installation is approximately 4.6 cm x 2.7 cm (1.81 in x 1.06 in).
- Cut an appropriately sized rectangular hole in your panel or enclosure.
- Insert the voltmeter into the hole from the front.
- Secure the voltmeter in place using any integrated clips or mounting tabs, if present, or by other suitable means.
5. Operating Instructions
Once properly connected to an AC voltage source within its specified range (70V-500V), the voltmeter will automatically power on and display the measured voltage on its LED screen.
- The display will show the voltage in Volts (V).
- The refresh rate of approximately 300ms ensures a near real-time reading.

Calibration (Fine-tuning):
If a slight error in reading is observed, the device can be calibrated. There is a "fine-tuning" potentiometer on the circuit board for calibration.
- Carefully access the circuit board of the voltmeter.
- Locate the small potentiometer (a variable resistor) on the board.
- Using a small screwdriver, gently turn the potentiometer while comparing the voltmeter's reading to a known accurate voltage source. Adjust until the reading matches the reference.
- Exercise caution to avoid damaging other components on the circuit board during calibration.
6. Maintenance
The EFUZCOCI AC 70-500V LED Digital Voltmeter requires minimal maintenance.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the display and casing. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the wiring connections for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.
- Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, keep it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Display is off / No reading | No power supply; Voltage outside range; Loose connection. | Ensure the voltmeter is connected to an AC voltage source within 70V-500V. Check all wiring connections for security. |
| Incorrect reading | Calibration needed; External interference. | Perform fine-tuning calibration using the potentiometer (refer to Section 5). Ensure the measurement environment is free from strong electromagnetic interference. |
| Flickering display | Unstable voltage source; Loose connection. | Verify the stability of the AC voltage source. Check and secure all wiring connections. |
If the problem persists after attempting the above solutions, please contact customer support.
