1. Grinding Coffee Beans
- Add Beans: Pour fresh, whole coffee beans into the bean hopper.
- Select Grind Setting: Use the integrated grinder to select your desired grind size. The machine offers 20 precision grind settings, from coarse to fine. For espresso, a fine grind is typically recommended.

Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for common issues and their potential solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No coffee dispenses. | Water tank empty; clogged filter; machine not primed. | Fill water tank; clean filter; run a rinse cycle. |
| Espresso is too weak or watery. | Grind too coarse; insufficient coffee grounds; tamping too light. | Adjust grind to finer setting; use more coffee; tamp more firmly. |
| Espresso flows too slowly or not at all. | Grind too fine; too much coffee; tamping too hard; clogged filter. | Adjust grind to coarser setting; use less coffee; tamp lighter; clean filter. |
| Milk not frothing properly. | Steam wand clogged; insufficient steam pressure; milk not cold enough. | Clean steam wand; ensure machine is heated; use cold milk. |
| Machine leaks water. | Water tank not seated correctly; drip tray full; seal issue. | Reseat water tank; empty drip tray; contact support if issue persists. |
