6. Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Hisummer booster fan, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

  • Regular Cleaning: Periodically clean the fan grille and blades to prevent dust buildup, which can impede airflow and efficiency. Use a soft, dry cloth or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment.
  • Inspect Power Cord: Check the power cord and adapter for any signs of damage. If damaged, discontinue use and contact customer support.
  • Keep Vents Clear: Ensure that the area around the vent is free from obstructions that could block airflow.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Hisummer booster fan, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Fan Not Turning On: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the fan unit and a working wall outlet. Check if the power button has been pressed.
  • No Airflow/Weak Airflow: Verify that the fan speed is set appropriately (not in sleep mode or at speed 1). Check for any obstructions in the duct or on the fan grille.
  • Temperature Not Regulating: In Cooling or Heating mode, ensure the target temperature is set correctly. The fan will only activate if the ambient temperature deviates from the set point.
  • Controls Unresponsive: If the controls are locked, long press the power button to unlock them. Ensure the remote control has working batteries and is within range.

If problems persist after attempting these steps, please contact Hisummer customer support for assistance.
