Product Overview

The ANXQQ KVM Switch is designed to streamline your workspace by allowing multiple computers to share peripherals. Key features include:

Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to connect your ANXQQ KVM Switch:

  1. Power Off Devices: Before making any connections, ensure all computers and monitors are powered off.
  2. Connect Monitors to KVM:
    • Connect your three monitors to the "Monitor Out" ports (DP A, DP B, HD C) on the KVM switch.
  3. Connect Computers to KVM (Video Inputs):

    For each computer (PC1, PC2, PC3, PC4):

    • Connect the computer's DisplayPort output to the corresponding "Input A" (DP) port on the KVM.
    • Connect the computer's DisplayPort output to the corresponding "Input B" (DP) port on the KVM.
    • Connect the computer's HDMI output to the corresponding "Input C" (HD) port on the KVM.

    Note: Each computer requires 2 DisplayPort cables and 1 HDMI cable to support three monitors.

  4. Connect Computers to KVM (USB Inputs):

    For each computer (PC1, PC2, PC3, PC4):

    • Use the provided USB-A cables to connect each computer's USB port to the corresponding "USB-A Input" port on the KVM switch (e.g., PC1 USB to USB-A Input 1).

    These connections enable keyboard, mouse, and other USB peripheral sharing.

  5. Connect USB Peripherals: Connect your keyboard, mouse, printer, U disk, or other USB 3.0 devices to the "USB 3.0" ports on the front of the KVM switch.
  6. Connect Wired Remote: Plug the wired remote control into the "Wired Remote" port on the front panel.
  7. Connect Power Adapter: Plug the DC12V power adapter into the "DC12V" port on the KVM switch, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
  8. Power On: Power on the KVM switch using the ON/OFF button, then power on your monitors and computers.

Operating Instructions

Operating the KVM switch is straightforward:

  1. Power On/Off: Use the "ON/OFF" switch on the front panel to power the KVM unit.
  2. Switching Computers:
    • Front Panel Buttons: Press the "PC1", "PC2", "PC3", or "PC4" buttons on the front of the KVM switch to select the desired computer. The corresponding LED indicator will light up.
    • Wired Remote: Press the "Switch" button on the wired remote control to cycle through the connected computers.
  3. Display Modes (Windows):

    For Windows operating systems, you can configure your display settings for either Extended or Mirror mode:

    • Extended Mode: Expands your desktop across all three monitors, allowing for multitasking.
    • Mirror Mode: Duplicates the display on all connected monitors, suitable for presentations.

    Note: macOS only supports Mirror Mode.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your KVM switch:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Ventilation: Ensure the KVM switch is placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
  • Cable Management: Keep cables organized and free from kinks or excessive bending to prevent damage.

  • Verify your computers and monitors support the desired resolution and refresh rate.
  • Adjust display settings in your operating system.
Switching delay.
  • Normal operation for multi-monitor KVMs.
  • Outdated display drivers.
  • A brief delay during switching is common as the KVM re-establishes connections.
  • Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date on all connected computers.
