3. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your WyzeCam Cam V3:

1. Download the Wyze App: Search for "Wyze" in your mobile device's app store (iOS or Android) and download the official Wyze app.
2. Create an Account: Open the Wyze app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account or log in to an existing one.
3. Power On the Camera: Connect the provided USB cable to the camera and the indoor power adapter. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The camera's indicator light will begin to flash.

4. Add Device in App: In the Wyze app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a new device. Select "Wyze Cam V3" from the list.
5. Pairing: Follow the app's instructions to put the camera into pairing mode. This usually involves pressing a button on the camera. The app will then display a QR code. Hold your camera up to your phone screen to scan the QR code.
6. Connect to Wi-Fi: Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password when prompted. The camera will connect to your network.
7. Finalize Setup: Once connected, you can name your camera and customize initial settings.

4.1 Live View and Recording

Access the live video feed from your camera through the Wyze app. You can initiate manual recordings or capture still images directly from the live view screen.
