5. Installation Guide
This faucet is designed for easy single-hole installation. Follow these steps carefully:
5.1. Pre-Installation
- Turn off the main water supply to your kitchen.
- Clear the area under the sink and remove any old faucet if applicable.
- Ensure your sink has a single mounting hole with a diameter between 32mm and 38mm, and a plate thickness between 1mm and 40mm.
5.2. Mount the Faucet
- Insert the hot and cold water hoses (G3/8 universal fitting) through the faucet body.
- Place the rubber gasket (4) and metal gasket (5) over the faucet's threaded shank.
- Insert the faucet into the mounting hole on your sink or countertop.
- From underneath the sink, slide the mounting base (3) over the threaded shank, followed by the lock nut (6).
- Tighten the lock nut securely to fasten the faucet to the sink. Do not overtighten.
5.3. Connect Water Hoses
- Connect the hot water hose to the hot water supply valve and the cold water hose to the cold water supply valve. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
5.4. Install Counterweight

Figure 5.1: This diagram shows the gravity-based pull-out system, which includes a counterweight to ensure the spray head retracts smoothly and securely.
- Locate the pull-out hose underneath the sink.
- Attach the counterweight (7) to the pull-out hose at a point that allows the spray head to retract fully into the spout when released. Typically, this is about 15-20 cm from the connection point of the spray head.
5.5. Test for Leaks

Figure 5.2: A sleek black KeeGone kitchen faucet installed in a sink, showcasing its modern design.
- Slowly turn on the main water supply.
- Check all connections for leaks. If leaks are present, tighten the connections as needed.
- Run water through the faucet for a few minutes to flush out any debris.
6. Operating Instructions
Your KeeGone Kitchen Faucet is designed for ease of use and versatility.
6.1. Water Flow and Temperature Control

Figure 6.1: The single lever handle allows for precise control of both water temperature (hot and cold) and flow. An industrial ceramic cartridge ensures leak-free performance.
The single lever handle controls both water flow and temperature:
- Lift the handle to increase water flow.
- Move the handle to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water.
6.2. Spray Functions

Figure 6.2: The faucet offers two distinct spray modes: a steady stream for filling and a powerful spray for rinsing. The 360-degree swivel provides full sink coverage.
The pull-out spray head features two distinct spray modes:
- Stream Mode: Ideal for filling pots and general washing.
- Spray Mode: Provides a powerful rinse for cleaning dishes and the sink.
Press the button on the spray head to switch between these modes.
6.3. Pull-Out Spray and 360° Swivel

Figure 6.3: This image illustrates the pull-out spray feature of the faucet, showing the spray head extended by 45cm for versatile cleaning.
The faucet's pull-out spray head extends up to 45 cm, allowing you to reach all corners of your sink and fill containers outside the sink. The faucet also features a 360° swivel function, providing complete flexibility and coverage for single or double sinks.
7. Maintenance and Care
Proper care will ensure the longevity and appearance of your KeeGone faucet.
- Cleaning: Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, ammonia, bleach, or other harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
- Aerator Maintenance: If water flow decreases, the aerator may be clogged. Unscrew the aerator from the spout (using the provided aerator key if necessary), clean any debris, and rinse before reattaching.
- Hose Inspection: Periodically check the water supply hoses and pull-out hose for any signs of wear, kinks, or leaks.
8. Troubleshooting
