Operating Instructions
The Ninja Foodi Air Fryer offers six versatile cooking functions and DualZone Technology for simultaneous cooking.
Understanding DualZone Technology

DualZone Technology allows you to cook two different foods in two different ways at the same time. Each basket can be set to a unique cooking function, temperature, and time. The Smart Finish feature ensures both zones complete cooking simultaneously, while Match Cook duplicates settings across both zones.
Cooking Functions
1. Air Fry
Use for foods that require a crispy finish with little to no oil, such as French fries, chicken wings, or vegetables. This function uses rapid hot air circulation.
Example: Air frying chicken wings and roasted vegetables simultaneously.

2. Roast
Ideal for tender meats, roasted vegetables, or larger cuts of food. Provides even cooking and browning.
3. Bake
Perfect for baking cakes, pastries, or other baked goods. Achieves consistent results similar to a conventional oven.
4. Reheat
Gently warms leftovers without drying them out, restoring their original texture and flavor.
5. Dehydrate
Removes moisture from foods like fruits, vegetables, and jerky for healthy snacks. Operates at low temperatures over extended periods.
6. Keep Warm
Maintains the temperature of cooked food at a safe serving temperature until ready to eat.
Using Smart Finish and Match Cook
- Smart Finish: Press the "SMART FINISH" button. Select your desired function, temperature, and time for Zone 1. Repeat for Zone 2. The unit will automatically adjust cooking times so both zones finish simultaneously.
- Match Cook: Press the "MATCH COOK" button. This will automatically copy the settings from Zone 1 to Zone 2, allowing you to cook the same food in both baskets with identical settings. Ideal for cooking large quantities of a single item.

This feature is particularly useful for preparing meals for large families or entertaining guests, as it maximizes the 10-quart capacity.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your air fryer.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the unit from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Cooking Baskets and Crisper Plates: These components are nonstick and dishwasher safe. For best results, wash them in warm, soapy water after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or materials.
