4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly of your pop-up gazebo. It is recommended that two people assist with the setup process.
4.1 Initial Frame Expansion

Figure 4.1: Step 1 - Opening the Canopy Frame. The image illustrates the initial expansion of the folded steel frame.
- Place the folded steel frame stand in the desired location.
- With a person on each side, gently pull the outer legs of the frame outwards, allowing the frame to begin expanding. Do not fully extend yet.
4.2 Attaching the Canopy Top
Before fully extending the frame, place the main canopy cover over the partially opened frame. Ensure the corners of the canopy align with the frame's corners and secure it with any attached fasteners.
4.3 Full Frame Extension and Height Adjustment

Figure 4.2: Step 2 - Pushing the Height Adjustment Button. This image highlights the mechanism for adjusting the gazebo's height.
- Continue pulling the frame outwards until it is almost fully extended.
- Locate the height adjustment buttons on each leg. Press the button and carefully lift each corner to the desired height setting. Ensure all four legs are set to the same height for stability. The gazebo offers 3 height positions (refer to Figure 5.1 in Operating Instructions).
- Once the frame is fully extended and locked into place, secure the canopy top to the frame using any attached fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps).
4.4 Attaching Mosquito Netting
The mosquito netting panels attach to the perimeter of the gazebo frame. Use the integrated hooks or ties to secure them. The netting features zippers for easy entry and exit.

4.5 Securing the Gazebo

Figure 4.4: Securing with Ground Stakes. This image demonstrates how the gazebo legs are anchored to the ground using stakes.
- Use the provided ground stakes to anchor each leg of the gazebo firmly into the ground.
- Attach the guy cords to the corners of the canopy and stake them into the ground at an angle to provide additional wind stability.
- Fill the sandbags (if included) with sand and attach them to the gazebo legs for extra weight and stability, especially in moderate wind conditions.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Height Adjustment

Figure 5.1: Gazebo Height Positions. This diagram shows the three adjustable height options for the gazebo.
The gazebo frame features three adjustable height settings. To change the height, press the adjustment button on each leg (as shown in Figure 4.2) and carefully raise or lower the leg to the desired position. Ensure all legs are adjusted to the same height and click securely into place before use.
5.2 Using the Mosquito Netting
The integrated mosquito netting provides protection from insects. The netting panels can be zipped closed to create an enclosed space or tied back to the legs when not needed. Ensure all zippers are fully closed to prevent insects from entering.
5.3 Ventilation

Figure 5.2: Ventilated Double Tops. This image illustrates the design of the gazebo's roof, which allows for air circulation.
The gazebo features a double-layered top design to promote air circulation and reduce wind resistance. This design helps maintain a comfortable temperature inside the gazebo.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Canopy: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before folding and storing.
- Frame Care: Inspect the steel frame periodically for any signs of rust or damage. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame. If rust appears, treat it with a rust-inhibiting primer and paint.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, or during inclement weather, disassemble the gazebo and store it in its carrying bag in a dry, cool place to prevent damage and prolong its lifespan.
- Mosquito Netting: The mesh netting can be gently hand-washed with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before storage to prevent mildew.
7. Troubleshooting
- Gazebo is unstable: Ensure all legs are fully extended and locked into place at the same height. Verify that ground stakes and guy ropes are properly installed and taut. Use sandbags for additional stability.
- Difficulty zipping mosquito nets: Ensure the netting is properly aligned and not snagged. Gently pull the zipper while holding the fabric taut. Avoid forcing the zipper.
- Water pooling on canopy: Ensure the canopy is properly stretched and secured to the frame, allowing water to run off. In heavy rain, water pooling can occur; it is recommended to disassemble the gazebo in such conditions.
- Frame components appear bent or broken: Inspect all frame connections during assembly. If a component is damaged, do not attempt to force it. Contact customer support for replacement parts.
