1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wash the frying basket and liner with hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space (at least 10 cm / 4 inches) around the appliance for proper air circulation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance operates on 220V, 50Hz.

5.1. Smart Touchscreen Control

The air fryer features an intelligent LCD touch control panel for easy operation. The large screen displays temperature and time, allowing for precise control. It includes multiple preset functions and an automatic power-off memory function.

5.2. Pre-heating Function

The appliance automatically enters a pre-heating process before the main cooking cycle. This ensures the cavity reaches the optimal cooking temperature for ingredients in advance, contributing to better cooking results. The display will show the real-time temperature during pre-heating.

5.3. General Operation

1. Place food in the frying basket. Do not overfill.
2. Slide the frying basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
3. Use the touchscreen to select a preset cooking program or manually set the desired temperature (80-200°C) and time (0-60 minutes).
4. Press the start button to begin cooking. The pre-heating cycle will initiate automatically.
5. During cooking, you may pull out the basket to shake or turn food for even cooking. The appliance will pause and resume when the basket is reinserted.
6. Once the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will automatically shut off. Carefully remove the basket and transfer food to a serving dish.

5.4. Suitable Foods

This air fryer is suitable for cooking a wide range of foods, including but not limited to: steak, poultry, seafood, bacon, frozen food, french fries, vegetables, bread, and desserts.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Frying Basket and Liner: The fully detachable frying basket and its non-stick liner are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge. Ensure all food residues are removed.
3. Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
4. Interior: If necessary, wipe the interior with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, a small amount of mild detergent can be used.
5. Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing the appliance in a cool, dry place.
