Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly of your Garvee Pop Up Gazebo. It is recommended to have at least two people for optimal setup.

Step 1: Unfold the Frame
- Remove the folded frame from the carrying bag.
- Place the frame in the desired location and partially unfold it.
- With a person on each side, gently pull the outer legs apart until the frame is about halfway open.
Step 2: Install Canopy Covers
- Place the small top cover (peak fabric) onto the center of the partially opened frame. Secure it using the attached Velcro straps.
- Drape the large top cover over the frame, ensuring the small top cover is tucked underneath the large one for proper water drainage.
- Secure the large top cover to the frame using the corner pockets and Velcro straps.
Step 3: Fully Extend and Lock the Frame
- Continue pulling the outer legs until the frame is fully extended and the corner locking mechanisms click into place.
- Adjust the height of each leg by pressing the red button and extending the inner leg until it clicks into the desired height setting.
Step 4: Attach Mesh Screen Panels
- Unzip all mesh screen panels before attaching.
- Hang the zippered portion of the mesh panels at the truss center of the frame using the attached loops.
- Attach the wall toggles to each leg between the truss bars to secure the mesh panels.
- Zip the mesh panels together to fully enclose the gazebo.
- Pull the top skirt of the mesh panels down to ensure pest protection.
Step 5: Secure the Gazebo
- Fill the sandbags with sand or heavy material and attach them to the gazebo legs for added stability.
- Use the provided ground stakes and guy cords to anchor the gazebo firmly to the ground, especially in windy conditions.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Height
To adjust the height of the gazebo, press the red button on each leg and slide the inner leg up or down to the desired position until it clicks into place. Ensure all legs are adjusted to the same height for stability.

Using Mosquito Netting
The mesh screen panels can be zipped together to create a fully enclosed, bug-free space. Each wall segment features zippers for easy opening and closing. When not in use, the panels can be tied back to the legs using the attached straps.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Clean the canopy fabric and mesh screens with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before folding and storing.
- Wipe down the frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris.
Storage
- Ensure the gazebo is completely dry before disassembling and storing to prevent mold and mildew.
- Fold the frame carefully and place all components back into the carrying bag.
- Store the carrying bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
Gazebo Instability
- Ensure all legs are extended to the same height and locked into place.
- Verify that sandbags are filled and properly attached to each leg.
- Confirm that ground stakes and guy cords are securely fastened to the ground.
- Always take down the gazebo during strong winds or storms.
Water Accumulation on Canopy
- Ensure the small top cover is correctly positioned underneath the large top cover to allow water to drain through the vented roof.
- Check that the drainage holes on the canopy are clear of debris.
