Assembly Instructions

Follow these step-by-step instructions for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Step-by-Step Assembly:

1. Assemble the Bed Ends: Attach the horizontal bars to the vertical posts of the headboards and footboards using the designated bolts and an Allen wrench. Ensure all connections are finger-tight initially.
2. Attach Side Rails to Lower Bunk: Connect the lower side rails to the assembled headboard and footboard sections. Secure with bolts, ensuring a snug fit.
3. Install Lower Bunk Slats: Place the bed slats for the lower bunk into the designated slots on the side rails. Secure them with the provided plastic clips (N) to prevent movement and noise.
4. Attach Side Rails to Upper Bunk: Connect the upper side rails to the headboard and footboard sections. Secure with bolts.
5. Install Upper Bunk Slats: Place the bed slats for the upper bunk into the designated slots on the side rails. Secure them with the provided plastic clips (N).
6. Assemble the Ladder: Attach the ladder steps to the ladder side rails using the appropriate hardware. Ensure steps are securely fastened.
7. Attach the Ladder to the Upper Bunk: Hook the assembled ladder onto the designated attachment points on the upper bunk's side rail. Secure with bolts (D+H) as shown in the video.
8. Install Guardrails: Attach the guardrails to the upper bunk frame. Secure them using the provided bolts (C) and ensure they are firmly in place.
9. Install Anti-Tipping Device: Secure the anti-tipping device to the wall and the bunk bed frame as instructed to enhance stability.
10. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, go back and fully tighten all bolts and connections using the Allen wrench. Do not overtighten.

Additional Assembly Tips:

• Use the provided plastic caps (K, M, O) to cover exposed bolt heads and tube ends for a finished look and added safety.
• The anti-noise design features special silent clasps (N) to prevent noise from slat movement. Ensure these are correctly installed.
