Setup Instructions
- Clean Components: Thoroughly wash the stainless steel tank, tray, and flower spout with water. Disassemble the pump (refer to maintenance section for pump cleaning) and clean it.
- Install Filter: Place a filter sponge into the designated slot on the pump. Insert a filter cartridge into the filter housing on the underside of the stainless steel tray.
- Assemble Pump and Tray: Attach the pump to the underside of the stainless steel tray, ensuring the filter sponge is correctly positioned.
- Fill Water Tank: Place the assembled tray and pump into the stainless steel water tank. Fill the tank with clean water up to the 'MAX' line, ensuring the water level is above the 'MIN' line. The LED indicator will show the water level.
- Attach Flower Spout: Securely place the flower spout onto the pump's water outlet.
- Connect Power: Connect the USB cable from the pump to the power adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The fountain will begin operating.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning and filter replacement are crucial for maintaining water quality and extending the life of your fountain.
- Fountain Cleaning: Disassemble the fountain and wash all stainless steel parts with water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Pump Cleaning: Disassemble the pump by removing the cover and impeller cap. Use the provided cleaning brush to clean the impeller and inside the pump housing. Reassemble the pump carefully. Clean the pump at least once a week.
- Filter Replacement: Replace the filter cartridge every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the number of pets and water quality. Replace the filter sponge every 2 to 4 weeks as well.

Troubleshooting
- No Water Flow: Check if the power adapter is securely plugged in. Ensure the water level is above the 'MIN' mark. Disassemble and clean the pump, as hair or debris may be obstructing the impeller.
- Loud Noise: A loud pump usually indicates low water level or a dirty impeller. Refill water or clean the pump as described in the maintenance section.
- Water Quality Issues: Ensure filters are replaced regularly (every 2-4 weeks). Clean the entire fountain and pump weekly to prevent buildup.
