1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity: 90 lbs (40.8 kg) for the top shelf and 60 lbs (27.2 kg) for each lower metal mesh shelf.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the cart on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

Step 1: Attach Wheels

Carefully screw the four wheels into the designated holes at the bottom of the main frame. Ensure the two lockable wheels are positioned at the front for easy access. Tighten securely with the provided wrench.

Step 2: Assemble Frame and Shelves

Connect the vertical frame components. Slide the metal mesh shelves into the desired positions. The middle shelf is height-adjustable. Ensure the shelves click into place or are secured with the provided fasteners. Refer to the diagram for proper orientation.

Step 3: Attach Top Wooden Shelf and Handle

Place the wooden top shelf onto the assembled frame, aligning it with the pre-drilled holes. Secure it using the provided screws. Attach the push handle to one side of the top shelf, ensuring it is firmly fastened.

Step 4: Install Hooks

Attach the four hooks to the side of the cart frame as shown in the diagram. These hooks are useful for hanging utensils, towels, or other small items.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Moving the Cart

To move the cart, ensure the two lockable wheels are disengaged. Use the push handle to guide the cart to your desired location. The 360° rotatable wheels allow for smooth movement in any direction.

5.2 Securing the Cart

Once the cart is in position, engage the locks on the two lockable wheels to prevent unintended movement. This ensures stability, especially when placing or removing items.

5.3 Utilizing Storage Space

The top wooden shelf is suitable for appliances such as microwaves, coffee makers, or toasters, with a maximum capacity of 90 lbs. The two lower metal mesh shelves can each hold up to 60 lbs and are ideal for storing spices, cutlery, snacks, or other kitchen essentials. The middle shelf's height can be adjusted to accommodate items of varying sizes.
