3. Setup

- Prepare Bag: Place the items to be sealed into a vacuum sealer bag. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean, dry, and free of wrinkles. Leave at least 3 inches of space between the food and the top of the bag.
- Position Bag: Open the lid of the vacuum sealer. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber slot, ensuring it lies flat across the sealing strip.
- Close Lid: Close the lid firmly and press down on both sides until you hear a click, indicating it is auto-locked.
- Select Mode: Use the control panel to select the appropriate food mode (DRY, MOIST, LIQUID) and sealing intensity (GENTLE or NORMAL) based on your food type. The LED screen will display a countdown during the process.

- Open the lid and place a roll of vacuum bag material (up to 11 inches wide) into the internal storage compartment.
- Pull out the desired length of bag material.

- Use the SEAL function to seal one end of the cut bag, creating a custom pouch.
4.4 External Vacuum System
The external vacuum system allows you to vacuum seal canisters, jars, or zipper bags using the included air suction hose.

- Connect one end of the air suction hose to the accessory port on the vacuum sealer.
- Connect the other end of the hose to the vacuum port on your canister, jar, or zipper bag.
- Select the CANISTER mode on the control panel. The machine will automatically vacuum the container.
- Once the process is complete, remove the hose.
