4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the power station. This ensures optimal battery performance and calibration. Connect the AC power cord to the power station's AC input port and then to a wall outlet. The display will show the charging status.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Charging the Power Station
The G2500 offers multiple charging options:
- AC Charging: Connect the AC power cord to a standard wall outlet. The power station supports up to 1100W AC input, allowing a full charge in approximately 1.5 hours when combined with solar.
- Solar Charging: Connect compatible solar panels (11.5V to 48V, max 500W) using the XT90 to MC4 converter. Place solar panels in direct sunlight for maximum efficiency.
- Car Charging: Use a 12V/24V car cigarette lighter adapter (not included) to charge the power station from your vehicle.

The input power can be adjusted to five levels: 300W, 500W, 700W, 900W, and 1100W, allowing you to optimize charging speed based on your needs and available power source.
5.2 Using the Outputs
The G2500 provides various output ports to power different devices:
- AC Outlets: Press the AC ON/OFF button to activate the 4 AC output ports. These can power devices up to 2500W continuously (5000W peak).
- USB Ports: The unit includes 2 USB-A (QC3.0), 3 USB-C (PD 20W), and 1 USB-C (PD 100W) ports for charging mobile devices, laptops, and other USB-powered electronics.
- DC Ports: Two DC 5521 ports and one cigarette lighter port provide 12V DC power for compatible devices.
- XT60 Port: One XT60 port is available for specific high-power DC applications.

5.3 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Function
The G2500 features a bypass mode, allowing direct power supply from the mains AC without battery conversion. In the event of a power failure, the UPS will automatically switch to its internal battery power supply within approximately 0.02 seconds, ensuring continuous AC output without interruption for connected devices.

5.4 LED Lighting
The power station includes a built-in LED light. Press the dedicated light button to cycle through different modes: On, SOS, and Flash. Press again to turn off.
6. Maintenance and Storage
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, fully charge the unit every 3-6 months if not in regular use. Avoid completely draining the battery for extended periods.
- Storage: Store the power station in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the unit is turned off during storage.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your G2500 power station, refer to the following common solutions:
- Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. Press and hold the main power button for a few seconds.
- No Output Power: Check if the specific output port (AC, DC, USB) is activated. Verify the device connected is within the power station's wattage limits.
- Slow Charging: Ensure all charging cables are securely connected. For solar charging, confirm panels are in direct sunlight and not obstructed. Check the adjustable input power setting.
- Overload Protection: If an overload occurs, the unit may shut down. Disconnect the overloaded device, wait a few minutes, and then restart the power station.
- Unusual Noise/Smell: Immediately turn off the power station and disconnect all devices. Contact customer support.
