2. Product Overview
2.1. Device Components
The EFUZCOCI E0828 features a clear LCD display and intuitive controls. The E0828S variant includes a backlight function.

2.2. Display Elements
- Time Display: Shows current time in AM/PM format.
- Temperature Display: Shows current indoor temperature in Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F).
- Humidity Display: Shows current indoor relative humidity in percentage (RH%).
- Comfort Indicator: A facial icon may indicate comfort levels based on temperature and humidity.
2.3. Buttons
- MODE: Used to switch between time display modes and enter setting mode.
- ADJ: Used to adjust values during setting mode.
- °C/°F: Toggles temperature unit between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- MAX/MIN (E0828 only): Displays maximum and minimum recorded temperature and humidity.
- Backlight Button (E0828S only): Activates the backlight.
3. Setup
3.1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the device (refer to Figure 3).
- Slide the cover open.
- Insert the required batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-) inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: Batteries are not included with the product and must be purchased separately.
3.2. Initial Power-On
Once batteries are installed, the device will power on automatically and display current temperature, humidity, and time. If the display is faint or blank, check battery installation or replace with fresh batteries.
4. Operation
4.1. Setting the Time
- Press and hold the MODE button for approximately 3 seconds to enter time setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
- Press the ADJ button to adjust the hour.
- Press the MODE button again to switch to minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
- Press the ADJ button to adjust the minutes.
- Press the MODE button once more to confirm and exit time setting mode.
4.2. Switching Temperature Units (°C/°F)
Press the °C/°F button once to toggle the temperature display between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
4.3. Maximum and Minimum Readings (E0828 only)
For the E0828 model, press the MAX/MIN button to view the maximum recorded temperature and humidity since the last reset. Press it again to view the minimum readings. Press a third time to return to current readings. To reset the MAX/MIN values, press and hold the MAX/MIN button while viewing the MAX or MIN readings.
4.4. Backlight Function (E0828S only)
The E0828S model features a backlight. Press the dedicated backlight button (often indicated by a light bulb icon) to illuminate the display. The backlight will automatically turn off after a few seconds to conserve battery power.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the display becomes dim or unresponsive. Always use the specified battery type.
- Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
7. Troubleshooting
