2. Device Overview

3. Setup

3.1 Inserting SIM Card and TF Card:

Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray. Insert your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or TF card (for expandable storage) into the designated slots. Ensure the cards are correctly oriented as indicated on the tray. Gently push the tray back into the device until it clicks into place.

Note: The OUKITEL WP55 Pro supports dual SIM cards or one SIM card and one TF card for storage expansion up to 2TB. Ensure LTE functionality is enabled on your device. It supports T-Mobile but not AT&T SIM cards. Refer to the Specifications section for detailed frequency bands.

3.2 Initial Power On and Setup:

Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side of the device) until the OUKITEL logo appears. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account login, and security settings (Face ID or Fingerprint recognition).

3.3 Charging the Device:

Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone and the other end to the provided 33W charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress. For optimal battery life, it is recommended to fully charge the device before first use.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Navigation:

• Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off or restart. Short press to lock/unlock the screen.
• Volume Buttons: Adjust media volume, call volume, and notification volume.
• Touchscreen Gestures: Swipe, tap, pinch-to-zoom for navigation and interaction with apps.

4.2 Camera Operation:

Open the Camera application from the home screen or app drawer. Select desired mode (Photo, Video, Night Vision, Macro). Tap the shutter button to capture images or start/stop video recording. Utilize the 108MP main camera for high-resolution photos, the 32MP front camera for selfies, and the 8MP night vision camera for low-light environments.

4.3 Connectivity Features:

• 5G Network: The device supports 5G connectivity for rapid downloads and streaming. Ensure your SIM card and network provider support 5G.
• NFC & Google Pay: Enable NFC in settings to use contactless payments with Google Pay or for seamless data transfer.
• GPS Navigation: Utilize the integrated GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Galileo systems for accurate location tracking and navigation.
• OTG Reverse Charging: Connect other devices via an OTG cable to use your WP55 Pro as a power bank.

4.4 Customizable Shortcut Button:

The OUKITEL WP55 Pro features a customizable shortcut button. You can assign various functions to this button, such as quick access to the camera, flashlight, SOS function, or any other application. Configure this in the device settings under 'Smart Key' or 'Custom Button'.

4.5 Durability Features:

The OUKITEL WP55 Pro is designed for extreme environments. It is IP68/IP69K rated for water and dust resistance, meaning it can withstand immersion in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes and is fully protected against dust ingress. It also meets MIL-STD-810H military standards for drop resistance up to 1.5 meters.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the phone. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Water Resistance: While the device is water-resistant, ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing it to water. Do not intentionally submerge the device in corrosive liquids or saltwater. After exposure to water, dry the device thoroughly before charging.
