Important Safety Information

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Clean Before First Use: Wash all removable parts (feeding chute, food pusher, blades, blade holder) with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
  3. Assemble the Unit:
    • Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
    • Insert the desired blade into the blade holder/drum. Ensure it is securely seated.
    • Attach the blade holder/drum assembly to the motor base by aligning the tabs and twisting until it locks into place.
    • Place the transparent feeding chute onto the top of the blade holder/drum.
  4. Prepare Food: Cut food items into pieces that fit easily into the feeding chute. For best results, ensure food is firm enough to be processed.

Operating Instructions

  1. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet.
  2. Place Container: Position a bowl or container under the large diameter outlet to collect the processed food.
  3. Add Food: Place the prepared food into the feeding chute.
  4. Start Operation: Press and hold the power button located on the top of the motor base.
  5. Push Food: Gently push the food down the chute using the food pusher. Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force food into the chute.
  6. Stop Operation: Release the power button to stop the appliance. Unplug the unit from the power outlet after use.

  • Fine Slicer: Ideal for thin slices of onions, turnips, red cabbage, and potatoes.

Maintenance & Cleaning
