3. Setup Guide

3.1 Charging the Devices

Before first use, ensure both the transmitter and receiver are fully charged. Use the provided USB data cable to connect each unit to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

• Connect the micro-USB end of the cable to the DC 5V port on the transmitter/receiver.
• Connect the USB-A end to a power source.
• A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.

3.2 Connecting the Transmitter

1. Identify the transmitter unit (labeled "Transmitter").
2. Plug the XLR end of the transmitter directly into the XLR output port of your microphone. Ensure a secure connection.
3. If using a condenser microphone requiring 48V phantom power, ensure the microphone's phantom power switch (if applicable) is engaged, or that the transmitter's 48V switch is in the correct position (refer to the unit's markings).

3.3 Connecting the Receiver

1. Identify the receiver unit (labeled "Receiver").
2. Plug the XLR end of the receiver into the XLR input port of your audio mixer, amplifier, or other audio interface. Ensure a secure connection.

4.1 Powering On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the power button on both the transmitter and receiver until the indicator light illuminates.
• To power off: Press and hold the power button on both units until the indicator light turns off.

4.2 Pairing

The transmitter and receiver are typically pre-paired from the factory. If they do not connect automatically upon powering on, follow these steps:

1. Ensure both the transmitter and receiver are powered off.
2. Power on the transmitter first.
3. Power on the receiver.
4. The units should automatically search for and connect to each other. The indicator lights will change to indicate a successful connection (e.g., solid blue).

• Once paired, the audio signal from your microphone connected to the transmitter will be wirelessly sent to the receiver.
