• Electrical Safety: Ensure the power outlet is properly grounded. Do not immerse the product in water. Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing.
• Water Supply: Use only potable water. Ensure water pressure is within the recommended range. Turn off the water supply before installation or maintenance.
• Installation: Installation should be performed by a qualified professional if you are unsure. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
• Temperature: Avoid direct contact with hot water or heated surfaces for prolonged periods to prevent burns.
• Cleaning: Use mild, non-abrasive cleaners. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage surfaces.

4. Installation

4.1 Pre-Installation Checks

• Ensure the installation area has adequate space and proper plumbing connections.
• Verify that the existing water supply line is compatible with the included angle valve. Note: Some older homes with galvanized pipes may require an adapter (not included) for the 1/2 inch crush fitting.
• Confirm a grounded electrical outlet is within reach of the toilet's power cord.

4.2 Installation Steps (Summary)

1. Prepare the Area: Remove the old toilet and clean the flange area.
2. Install Flange and Wax Ring: Secure the new flange bolts and place the wax ring.
3. Position the Toilet: Carefully lower the smart toilet onto the flange, aligning the bolts. Due to its weight, two people may be required.
4. Secure the Toilet: Tighten the nuts onto the flange bolts, ensuring the toilet is stable and level.
5. Connect Water Supply: Attach the included angle valve to your water supply line, then connect the toilet's pre-installed hose to the angle valve. Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.
6. Connect Power: Plug the toilet into a grounded electrical outlet.
7. Initial Test: Perform a test flush and check all functions.

5.1 Automatic Sensing & Touchless Features

• Auto Open/Close Lid: The toilet lid automatically opens when a user approaches and closes after use, thanks to microwave sensing technology.
• Foot Sensor Flush: A foot sensor located at the base allows for hands-free flushing. Simply tap your foot near the sensor to activate.
• Off-Seat Auto Flush: The toilet can be configured to automatically flush when the user stands up and moves away from the seat.

6. Maintenance

6.1 General Cleaning

• Always disconnect power before cleaning.
• Use a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner for the exterior surfaces.
• For the ceramic bowl, use standard toilet bowl cleaners. The premium ceramic glaze resists stains and scratches, making cleaning easier.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or solvents, as these can damage the finish or electronic components.

6.2 Nozzle Cleaning

The bidet nozzle features an automatic self-cleaning function. For additional cleaning:

• Refer to your remote control or side knob instructions to manually extend the nozzle.
• Gently wipe the nozzle with a soft cloth dampened with water and a mild soap solution.
