Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge your speaker. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The LED indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off or change color when fully charged.

Setup

Power On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power button until you hear an audible prompt and the LED indicator lights up.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power button again until you hear an audible prompt and the LED indicator turns off.

Bluetooth Pairing (Single Speaker)

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in pairing mode (LED indicator will flash).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Travel Depot Speaker" from the list.
  4. Once connected, the LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing (Two Speakers)

To achieve a stereo sound experience, you can pair two Travel Depot Portable Magnetic Bluetooth Speakers together.

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS pairing button. The LED indicator will flash rapidly.
  3. The primary speaker will automatically search for and connect to the second speaker.
  4. Once successfully paired, both speakers will emit a confirmation tone, and their LED indicators will synchronize.
  5. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing (Single Speaker)" section. Audio will play in stereo through both speakers.

Operating Instructions

Playing Audio

  • Once connected via Bluetooth, start playing audio from your paired device.
  • The speaker will automatically play the audio.

Volume Control

  • Press the "+" button to increase the volume.
  • Press the "-" button to decrease the volume.
  • You can also control the volume directly from your paired device.

Call Management

  • When a call comes in, the music will pause.
  • Press the Power button once to answer an incoming call.
  • Press the Power button once again to end a call.
  • Press and hold the Power button to reject an incoming call.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before cleaning with water.

Waterproof Care (IP66 Rating)

The speaker is IP66 rated, meaning it is protected against powerful water jets and dust. However, it is not designed for submersion.

  • Always ensure the USB-C charging port cover is firmly sealed before exposing the speaker to water or dust.
  • Do not intentionally submerge the speaker in water.
  • After exposure to water, wipe the speaker dry before charging.
