It features a vibrant 1.47" HD color display, continuous heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, comprehensive sleep tracking, and various sports modes. 3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your Sunorshop H69 fitness tracker. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours.

3.2 App Download and Pairing

To unlock the full potential of your fitness tracker, download the companion app on your smartphone. The app is available for Android 10.0 / iOS 10.0 or above with Bluetooth 5.0. Search for the app name (usually indicated in the quick start guide or on the watch screen during initial setup) in your device's app store.

1. Download and install the app on your smartphone.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
4. Within the app, navigate to the device pairing section and select your Sunorshop H69 from the list of available devices. Do not pair directly via your phone's Bluetooth settings.
5. Confirm the pairing request on both your watch and the app.

Once paired, the watch will synchronize time and data with your phone.

4. Operating the Device

4.1 Display and Navigation

The Sunorshop H69 features a 1.47" HD color display. You can navigate through menus and functions by swiping left, right, up, or down on the screen, and tapping to select. The side button typically serves as a back button or to wake the screen.

4.2 Health Monitoring

• Heart Rate Monitoring: The device continuously tracks your heart rate. View real-time data on the watch or detailed trends in the app.

4.3 Sports Modes and Activity Tracking

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning and Care

To maintain the performance and appearance of your Sunorshop H69, regularly clean the device and its band. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen and body. For the band, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly, then dry completely before reattaching to the watch.

Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the device.

5.2 Water Resistance (IP68)

The Sunorshop H69 has an IP68 waterproof rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and can be submerged in up to 1.5 meters of fresh water for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, including hand washing, rain, and showering (cold water). However, it is not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or diving, as steam and hot water can compromise the seal.

6. Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. If it still doesn't turn on, try resetting it by pressing and holding the side button for 10-15 seconds.
• Cannot pair with phone:
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • Ensure you are pairing through the dedicated app, not directly via phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Restart both your phone and the watch.
  • Check if the app is updated to the latest version.
• Inaccurate readings (Heart Rate/Blood Oxygen/Steps):
  • Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above the wrist bone.
  • Clean the sensors on the back of the watch.
  • Avoid excessive movement during measurements.
• Notifications not received:
  • Ensure the watch is connected to your phone via the app.
  • Check app notification permissions on your phone.
  • Verify that notifications are enabled within the watch's app settings.
• Short battery life:
  • Reduce screen brightness.
  • Disable continuous heart rate monitoring if not needed 24/7.
  • Limit the number of active notifications.
  • Ensure the watch is fully charged each time.
