4. Setup and Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power/Mode key (U) for 3-5 seconds. The indicator light will turn on.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Mode key (U) for 3-5 seconds. The indicator light will turn off.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing

In the off state, press and hold the Power/Mode key (U) for 3 to 5 seconds. The indicator light will enter a red and blue light flashing state, indicating pairing mode. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone or computer and search for the device named "Rhyfell Fit 5". Click the device to pair and connect.
