Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly of your outdoor storage shelter. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly.
1. Unboxing and Component Identification
Carefully open the packaging and lay out all components on a clean, flat surface. Verify that all parts listed in the user manual are present and undamaged. The VEVOR Heavy-Duty Portable Shed/Outdoor Storage comes in a sturdy cardboard box.

Remove all components from the box, including the tarp, metal pipes, connectors, and hardware. Organize them for easy access during assembly.

2. Assembling the Roof Section
Begin by outlining all the pipes for the rooftop portion. Use the corner pieces (labeled 'O6') and connect them with the short pipes (labeled '1') on the sides. Then, connect the long pipes (labeled '2' and '2A') to form the main roof frame. These parts snap together without the need for screws.

3. Attaching the Legs
Once the roof section is complete, attach the shorter leg pieces (labeled '3A') to the corners of the roof frame. There are four of these pieces. These also snap into place.

4. Draping the Tarp
Before fully assembling the remaining legs, drape the main tarp over the assembled frame. This makes it easier to position the tarp correctly. The tarp is thick and durable.

5. Installing Base Supports and Bolting
Now, install the remaining long leg pipes with the bases. These bases slide onto the pipes and are then bolted through two holes using the larger bolts and a 14mm wrench. Secure all four feet.

6. Installing Bottom Support Pipes
Install the bottom support pipes (labeled '4' and '4A') that run across each side. These pipes snap together and then connect to each leg using brackets and bolts. Use a 10mm wrench to tighten these bolts. Ensure the tarp's sleeve is slid onto these pipes for proper tension and stability.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VEVOR Outdoor Storage Shelter, regular maintenance is recommended:
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the tarp with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the frame, connections, and tarp for any signs of wear, damage, or loose parts. Tighten any loose bolts or connections.
- Weather Protection: In extreme weather conditions (heavy snow, strong winds), consider reinforcing the shelter or temporarily disassembling it to prevent damage. The provided tent stakes and ropes can be used to further secure the shelter to the ground for windproofing.

Tent stakes and ropes are included for additional windproofing and stability.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your VEVOR Outdoor Storage Shelter, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Loose Frame: If the frame feels wobbly, check all snap-in connections and bolted brackets. Ensure they are fully engaged and tightened.
- Tarp Sagging: Ensure the tarp is properly draped over the frame and that the bottom support pipes are correctly inserted into the tarp's sleeves. Adjust tension as needed using the bungee cords.
- Water Accumulation: Verify that the tarp is taut and pitched correctly to allow water to run off. Check for any tears or holes in the tarp and repair them promptly.
