Setup

Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the Nitecore NL2155HP battery using the provided USB-C to USB-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the headlamp's USB-C port and a compatible power source. The power indicator will show charging progress.

Attaching the Headband

Attach the breathable anti-slip headband to the headlamp. The headband is designed for comfort and stability during extended use. The detachable top piece can be used for additional support.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

To turn on the headlamp, press the Power Button. It will activate in the Low mode with a mixed spotlight and floodlight output. To turn off, press the Power Button again after 3 seconds of no other activation. If within 3 seconds of turning on, long press the Power Button for half a second to turn off.

Brightness Level Adjustment (White Light)

While the headlamp is on, press the Power Button within 3 seconds to cycle through brightness levels: Low (200 lm), Mid (600 lm), High (1500 lm).

Turbo Mode (3000 lm)

While the headlamp is on, double-press the Power Button to activate Turbo mode (3000 lumens, mixed output only).

Ultra Low Mode (40 lm)

While the headlamp is off, double-press the Power Button to activate Ultra Low mode (40 lumens, floodlight only).

Beam Type Adjustment (Spotlight/Floodlight/Mix)

While the headlamp is on, press the Zoom Button to cycle between Mixed (Spotlight & Floodlight), Spotlight Only, and Floodlight Only outputs.

To achieve stepless adjustment between spotlight and floodlight output ratio, press and hold the Zoom Button. Release to confirm the desired ratio.

Red Light Mode

While the headlamp is off, long-press the Zoom Button to activate the Red Light mode (starts on Low). Press the Power Button within 3 seconds to switch to High Red Light.

Special Modes (SOS/Beacon)

While the headlamp is on, double-press the Zoom Button to activate SOS mode (1500 lumens). Press the Power Button within 3 seconds to switch to Beacon mode (1500 lumens) or Slow Red Flashing mode (30 lumens).

Lockout Function

To lock the headlamp (prevent accidental activation), while it is off, press both the Power Button and the Zoom Button simultaneously for 2 seconds. The headlamp will flash once to indicate it is locked.

To unlock, press both buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds again. The headlamp will turn on in Ultra Low mode.

Alternatively, tilting the headlamp upward will hide the buttons under a protective guard, providing a physical lockout.
