Safety Information

Setup and Assembly

The ONBRILL Kitchen Island requires assembly. All necessary tools and hardware are included. Each part is marked with a letter or number for easy identification. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Assembly Steps Overview:

  1. Prepare Components: Unpack all parts and verify against the parts list in the included instruction booklet. Organize hardware by type.
  2. Assemble Base Frame: Connect the base frame components using the provided screws and dowels.
  3. Attach Casters: Secure the universal wheels to the bottom panel of the main cabinet and the extendable table support. Ensure lockable wheels are correctly positioned.
  4. Construct Main Cabinet: Assemble the side panels, back panels, and internal shelves of the main storage cabinet.
  5. Install Drawers and Doors: Assemble the drawers and attach the drawer slides. Install the cabinet doors and the tilt-out trash cabinet door.
  6. Mount Countertop: Carefully place and secure the wooden countertop onto the main cabinet.
  7. Integrate Power Outlet: Install the power outlet unit into the designated slot on the countertop and connect the power cord.
  8. Assemble Extendable Table: Attach the support frame and wheels to the extendable dining table section.
  9. Attach Side Racks: Secure the spice rack and towel rack to the side of the main cabinet.

Operating Instructions

Extendable Dining Table:

To extend the dining table, gently pull the table section outwards from the main cabinet. The table is supported by two lockable wheels. Once extended to the desired length (up to 81.7 inches), ensure the wheels are locked to stabilize the table. To retract, unlock the wheels and push the table back into the main unit until it is fully nested.

Power Outlet Usage:

The integrated power outlet features two standard 1500W AC outlets and two USB ports. To use, plug the island's main power cord into a wall outlet. You can then connect small kitchen appliances, charge mobile devices, or power other electronics directly from the countertop. Avoid exceeding the maximum wattage capacity.

Mobility:

The kitchen island is equipped with 7 universal wheels, 4 of which are lockable. To move the island, unlock the wheels. To secure it in place, engage the locks on the designated wheels. This allows for flexible placement and stability.
