3. Setup

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging.
  2. Insert Cooling Module: Place your medication pens or vials into the inner cooling cylinder of the upgraded cooling module. Ensure the silicone sleeve is properly positioned for protection.
  3. Assemble: Insert the cooling module with medication into the 304 vacuum-insulated cup. Twist the cooling module securely onto the cup.

4. Operating Instructions: Electric Cooling Mode

This mode provides continuous refrigeration for indefinite temperature control, ideal for long trips.

  1. Connect Power: Plug the provided USB cable into the cooling module's port. Connect the other end to a power source such as the included power plug, a power bank, a car USB port, or a laptop.
  2. Set Temperature: The digital display on the cooling module will activate. Double-click the 'OK' button to enter temperature setting mode. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired temperature between 35.6°F and 68°F (2°C and 20°C). Press 'OK' again to save the setting.
  3. Monitor Temperature: The display will show the real-time internal temperature. Hold the 'OK' button for 2 seconds to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
  4. Ensure Ventilation: For optimal performance, ensure the cooling module's lid area is well-ventilated to dissipate heat.

5. Operating Instructions: Bio-Gel Mode

This mode utilizes a frozen biogel ice pack for up to 24 hours of cooling, suitable for shorter trips or when power is unavailable.

  1. Freeze Ice Pack: Place the biogel ice pack in a freezer for at least 8-12 hours until completely frozen.
  2. Prepare Cup: Remove the electric cooling module from the vacuum-insulated cup.
  3. Insert Ice Pack and Medication: Place the frozen biogel ice pack into the bottom of the vacuum-insulated cup. Carefully place your medication pens or vials around or on top of the ice pack.
  4. Seal: Securely close the cup with the provided storage cup lid.

  • Hiding Display: Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the display and save power. Tap any button to wake it up.
