3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the kettle for any damage.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the maximum level. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues. Wash the stew pot, tea filter, and egg rack with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
- Placement: Place the heating base on a dry, level, and stable surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around the kettle for ventilation and to prevent contact with other objects.

4. Operating Instructions

General Operation:
- Power On/Off: Touch the Power On/Off button to activate or deactivate the kettle.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

- Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the heating base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. The glass touch panel is waterproof and can be easily wiped clean.
- Interior Cleaning (Kettle & Stew Pot): The kettle and stew pot are made of high-borosilicate glass. Wash them by hand with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not use metal brushes or harsh chemicals.
- Tea Filter & Egg Rack: Wash these accessories by hand with warm soapy water and rinse well.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. To descale:
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Discard the mixture and rinse the kettle thoroughly several times with fresh water.
- For stubborn deposits, repeat the process or use a commercial descaling solution following its instructions.
