4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the piggy bank.
  2. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 3 x 1.5V AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Depositing Money

  • For Coins: Insert coins into the coin entrance slot located on the top of the piggy bank.
  • For Banknotes: Insert banknotes into the cash entrance slot on the front. The bank will automatically draw in the money.

5.2 Unlocking the Piggy Bank

  1. The default password is 0000.
  2. Enter the 4-digit password using the number buttons.
  3. After entering the correct password, touch the simulated fingerprint sensor.
  4. The rotary handwheel will automatically rotate, and the door will open.

5.3 Changing the Password

  1. Open the piggy bank door using the current password and simulated fingerprint.
  2. While the door is open, press and hold the '*' key for approximately 1.5 seconds.
  3. You will hear a 'di' sound. Within 10 seconds, enter your new 4-digit password.
  4. Press the '#' button to confirm the new password.
  5. Close the door. The new password is now set.

5.4 Music Mode

  • To switch to music mode, press the '*' key.
  • Use the number keys '0' to '9' to play different built-in songs.
  • To stop the music, press the '#' key.

5.5 Mute Mode

  • A physical switch on the top of the unit allows you to toggle between music/sound and mute modes. Slide the switch to the 'Mute' position to silence the sounds.

6. Maintenance

  • Clean the exterior of the piggy bank with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Ensure the money slots are free from obstructions.
