3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Installation

4.2 Mounting the Fixture

- Attach mounting bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Connect wiring:
- Connect the fixture's black wire to the house's black (live) wire.
- Connect the fixture's white wire to the house's white (neutral) wire.
- Connect the fixture's ground wire to the house's ground wire (bare copper or green).
- Secure all connections with wire nuts and wrap with electrical tape for added safety.

4.3 Attaching Shades and Bulb
- Choose shade configuration: Decide whether to use the rattan shade alone, the linen shade alone, or both combined.
- Install shades: Attach your preferred shade combination to the fixture. The linen shade typically fits inside the rattan shade if both are used.
- Insert bulb: Screw an E26 base bulb (max 60W, not included) into the socket.

5. Operating Instructions
Once installed, the OUVR Rattan Pendant Light is ready for use.
- Power On: Restore power at the circuit breaker.
- Light Control: Operate the light using your wall switch.
- Dimmable Function: If you wish to use the dimmable function, ensure you have installed a dimmable E26 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch (both sold separately). Adjust the dimmer switch to achieve your desired brightness level.
- Shade Customization: You can change the shade configuration (rattan only, linen only, or both) at any time by carefully removing and reattaching the shades. Ensure the power is off before making any changes.
