Regular cleaning ensures optimal print quality and extends the life of your printer.

  • Open the paper compartment lid.
  • Use a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe the thermal print head (the dark strip inside the lid).
  • Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the lid and powering on the printer.

  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
