Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your ENYLAY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair. An assembly video is provided for visual guidance.

Assemble the Chair Base:
Turn the Base (F) upside down. Insert the five Legs (G) into the Base one by one. Use the Wrench (O) to secure each leg with the appropriate Bolts (M). Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

Attach Casters:
Press the five Casters (H) firmly into the holes at the end of each Leg (G). Ensure they click into place and are securely seated.

Insert Gas Lift:
Insert the Gas Lift (E) into the central hole of the assembled Base (F). No tools are required for this step; it simply rests in place.

Attach Armrests to Backrest:
Using the Wrench (O), install the Armrests (C) (1L/1R, marked for left and right) to both sides of the Backrest (A) with Bolts (M)*4. Tighten these bolts to 50% initially to allow for adjustment.

Attach Backrest/Armrest Assembly to Seat:
Turn the Seat (B) upside down. Using the Wrench (O), install the Armrests (C) to the Seat (B) with Bolts (L)*6. Ensure the backrest and armrest assembly is correctly aligned with the seat.

Attach Mechanism to Seat:
Using the Wrench (O), attach the Mechanism (D) to the Seat (B) with Bolts (K)*4. Ensure the 'FRONT' label on the mechanism faces the front of the seat.

Final Tightening and Assembly:
Using the Wrench (O), 100% tighten the previously installed Bolts (N)*4 on the Armrests (C)x1Lx1R. Align the hole on the Mechanism (D) with the Gas Lift (E), and press the chair down until it is fully secured onto the gas lift.

Attach Headrest:
Fix the Headrest (I) into the backrest frame (A) by tightening the Bolts (N)*2 100%. Click the Cap (J) into place over the bolts.

Seat Height Adjustment:
Locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat. To raise the seat, lift the lever while taking your weight off the chair. To lower the seat, lift the lever while remaining seated. Adjust to a height where your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are at a 90-degree angle.

Rocking Function (Tilt Mechanism):
The chair features a rocking function for relaxation. Pull out the lever on the right side (the same lever for height adjustment) to enable rocking. Push the lever in to lock the chair in an upright position. The rocking tension can be adjusted by turning the round knob located under the seat at the front. Turn clockwise to tighten tension, counter-clockwise to loosen.

Flip-up Armrests:
The armrests can be flipped up 90 degrees to allow the chair to be pushed closer to a desk or for space-saving storage. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position. To return them, pull them down until they lock into the horizontal position.
