2. Safety Information

• Two-Person Assembly: Assembly of this furniture requires at least two adults to ensure safety and proper handling of components.
• Use Proper Tools: Ensure you have the necessary tools for assembly (e.g., screwdriver, hammer, measuring tape).
• Secure Fasteners: Always tighten all screws and fasteners securely. Periodically check and re-tighten as needed to maintain stability.
• Weight Distribution: Distribute weight evenly within the cabinet compartments. Avoid placing excessively heavy items on shelves or in drawers.

3. Package Contents

• 6 hinged doors with UV satin paint finish
• 1 drawer with metallic slides
• Matte gold polymer handles
• Adjustable PVC feet (18 cm height)
• 26 mm metallic hinges
• Assembly hardware (screws, dowels, connectors, etc.)

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to lay out all parts on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Use the provided parts list (if available) to identify each piece.
2. Assemble the Base: Attach the adjustable PVC feet to the bottom panel of the cabinet using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened and can be adjusted later for leveling.
3. Attach Side Panels: Connect the side panels to the base panel using the appropriate connectors and screws. Ensure the grooves for the back panel are facing the correct direction.
4. Install Internal Partitions and Shelves: Insert the fixed and adjustable shelves and internal partitions into their designated slots or attach them with fasteners. Refer to Figure 4.2 for the internal layout.
5. Assemble Upper Cabinet Structure: Follow similar steps to assemble the upper cabinet section, including its side panels and shelves.
6. Attach Back Panel: Slide the back panel(s) into the grooves on the assembled structure and secure them with small nails or screws.
7. Install Doors: Attach the 26 mm metallic hinges to the doors and then mount the doors to the cabinet frame. Adjust the hinges to ensure proper door alignment and smooth operation.
8. Assemble and Install Drawer: Assemble the drawer box using the provided panels and hardware. Attach the metallic drawer slides to the drawer box and the cabinet frame. Insert the assembled drawer into its compartment.
9. Attach Handles: Secure the matte gold polymer handles to all doors and the drawer using the provided screws. Refer to Figure 4.3.
10. Level the Cabinet: Once fully assembled, place the cabinet in its desired location. Adjust the PVC feet to ensure the unit is stable and level on the floor.

5. Operating Instructions

The Poliman New Livia Kitchen Cabinet Kit is designed for straightforward use.

• Doors: Gently pull the handles to open the hinged doors. Push to close. Avoid slamming doors to prevent damage to hinges and the cabinet structure.
• Drawer: Pull the handle to open the drawer. The metallic slides ensure smooth operation. Push firmly to close. Do not overload the drawer.
• Niche and Counter Space: The decorative niche (19 x 108 x 13 cm) and the space above the counter (40 x 108 x 26 cm) are suitable for small appliances, decorative items, or frequently used utensils. Ensure items placed here do not exceed the weight capacity or dimensions.
• Storage: Utilize the various compartments for organizing kitchen items. Distribute weight evenly across shelves.

6. Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your kitchen cabinet.

• Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for furniture. Dry immediately with a clean cloth.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or ammonia-based products, as these can damage the UV satin paint finish and MDP material.
• Liquid Spills: Immediately wipe up any liquid spills to prevent moisture absorption into the MDP, which can cause swelling or damage.
• Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws, hinges, and drawer slides to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain structural integrity and smooth operation.
• Sunlight Exposure: Avoid prolonged direct exposure to sunlight, which can cause fading or discoloration over time.

• Wobbly Cabinet: Ensure the cabinet is placed on a level surface. Adjust the PVC feet until the unit is stable and does not rock. Check that all assembly screws are tightened.
• Doors Not Aligning: Adjust the metallic hinges. Most hinges allow for minor adjustments (up/down, left/right, in/out) using a screwdriver to correct door alignment.
