4. Setup
4.1 Placement
Choose a stable, level surface for the cabinet. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources to protect your collectibles and the cabinet materials.
4.2 Leveling the Cabinet
The cabinet is equipped with 4 adjustable feet. Rotate the feet clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the height and ensure the cabinet is stable and level on uneven floors.

4.3 Anti-Tipping Device Installation

6. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and functionality of your display cabinet.
- Cleaning Glass: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the glass, to avoid streaks and protect the frame.
- Cleaning Metal Frame: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by drying thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Dusting: Regularly dust the interior and exterior surfaces with a dry, soft cloth to prevent dust buildup on your collectibles and the cabinet.
- Inspecting Hardware: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Tighten if necessary.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| LED lights do not turn on. | Power adapter not connected, remote battery dead, incompatible power adapter. | Ensure power adapter is securely plugged into both the light strip and a working outlet. Replace remote control battery. Verify power adapter voltage compatibility; a converter may be needed for 220-240V plugs in 110-120V regions. |
| Cabinet doors are unaligned. | Uneven floor, frame not perfectly level. | Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the cabinet. A slight adjustment to one of the bottom leg pieces can help align the doors. |
| Cabinet feels unstable or wobbly. | Uneven floor, loose connections, anti-tipping device not installed. | Adjust the leveling feet. Check and tighten all assembly screws. Ensure the anti-tipping device is securely fastened to the wall. |
| Missing parts or damaged components upon arrival. | Shipping damage, packaging error. | Contact VCGGAIP customer support immediately with your order details and a description of the issue for assistance. |
