1. Product Overview

The Breloom ST13-U is a 13.3-inch rugged tablet designed for demanding environments. It features Windows 11 Pro, an Intel i5-1235U processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. This tablet is built to withstand harsh conditions with IP65 waterproof and dustproof certification and MIL-STD-810G military-grade durability. 3. Initial Setup

3.1 Charging the Tablet

Before first use, fully charge the tablet. Connect the provided DC Charger (12V 4A) to the DC 12V port on the tablet and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator will illuminate.

3.2 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button located on the top edge of the tablet until the screen illuminates.
• To Power Off: Press the Power button briefly to bring up the power options on the screen, then select "Shut down." Alternatively, press and hold the Power button for several seconds until the tablet powers off.

3.3 Inserting SIM and TF Cards

The tablet supports dual SIM slots and a TF card slot for expandable storage. Locate the card slots, typically protected by a sealed cover on the side or back of the device. Carefully open the cover, insert the cards as indicated, and ensure the cover is securely closed to maintain IP65 rating.

• Tablet does not power on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and attempt to power on again. If unresponsive, perform a hard reset by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
• Screen is unresponsive: Restart the tablet. If the issue persists, check for system updates or contact support.
• No Wi-Fi/4G LTE connection: Verify that Wi-Fi is enabled in settings and you are within range of a network. For 4G LTE, ensure the SIM card is properly inserted and activated, and cellular data is enabled.
• Slow performance: Close unnecessary applications. Check for available system updates. Ensure sufficient free storage space.
