Important Safety Instructions
Read all instructions carefully before operating the pressure washer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Electrical Safety: Always connect the pressure washer to a grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords unless absolutely necessary, and ensure they are rated for outdoor use and the appliance's power requirements. Never operate the unit with damaged cords or plugs.
- Water Safety: Ensure all water connections are secure to prevent leaks. Do not spray water towards electrical outlets or the pressure washer unit itself. Always use clean water; do not use corrosive or flammable liquids.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Wear appropriate eye protection (safety glasses or goggles) and hearing protection during operation. Wear sturdy footwear to prevent slipping.
- Operation Safety: Keep children and pets away from the operating area. Never point the spray gun at people, animals, or electrical equipment. The high-pressure spray can cause serious injury. Always engage the safety lock on the spray wand when not actively spraying.
- Maintenance: Disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning. Release residual pressure from the system before disconnecting hoses.

- Spray Wand: The handheld component used to direct the high-pressure spray. Includes a trigger and a safety lock.
- Quick-Connect Nozzles: Interchangeable nozzles that provide different spray patterns and pressures (0° for concentrated stream, 15° for intense fan, 25° for general cleaning, 40° for wide fan).
- Foam Cannon: Attaches to the spray wand for applying detergent or soap, creating a thick foam for cleaning.
- Water Inlet: Connection point for the garden hose supplying water to the unit.
- Power Cord: Electrical cord for connecting the unit to a power source.
Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to prepare your pressure washer for use.
- Attach High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the outlet on the main pressure washer unit. Ensure it is securely tightened.
- Connect Spray Wand: Attach the other end of the high-pressure hose to the spray wand. Twist or click into place until secure.
- Install Nozzle: Select the desired quick-connect nozzle (e.g., 25° for general cleaning) and insert it into the quick-connect collar at the end of the spray wand. Pull back the collar, push the nozzle in, and release the collar to lock it. Tug gently to ensure it is secure.
- Water Supply Connection: Connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer unit. Ensure the water inlet filter is clean and properly seated. Connect the other end of the garden hose to a water faucet and turn on the water supply fully.
- Purge Air from System: Before plugging in the unit, squeeze the trigger on the spray wand to allow water to flow through the system and expel any trapped air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges from the nozzle.
- Electrical Connection: Plug the pressure washer's power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Once assembled and connected, follow these steps for safe and effective operation.
- Start the Unit: Turn the power switch on the pressure washer unit to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
- Begin Spraying: Aim the spray wand at the cleaning surface, ensuring a safe distance. Release the safety lock on the spray wand, then squeeze the trigger to begin spraying.
- Adjusting Spray Pattern: To change the spray pattern, release the trigger, engage the safety lock, and then change the quick-connect nozzle.
- 0° Red Nozzle: Pin-point stream for stubborn stains and hard-to-reach areas. Use with extreme caution.
- 15° Yellow Nozzle: Narrow fan for intense cleaning of small areas.
- 25° Green Nozzle: Medium fan for general cleaning of most surfaces.
- 40° White Nozzle: Wide fan for gentle cleaning and rinsing large areas.
- Using the Foam Cannon:
- Fill the foam cannon reservoir with appropriate pressure washer detergent.
- Remove the current nozzle from the spray wand.
- Attach the foam cannon to the quick-connect collar on the spray wand.
- Operate the pressure washer to apply foam to the desired surface.
- After applying foam, remove the foam cannon and re-attach a rinsing nozzle (e.g., 25° or 40°) to rinse the surface.
- Shutting Down:
- Release the trigger on the spray wand.
- Turn the power switch on the pressure washer unit to the "OFF" position.
- Turn off the water supply at the faucet.
- Squeeze the trigger on the spray wand to release any remaining pressure in the system.
- Disconnect the garden hose from the water inlet.
- Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
- Clean Nozzles: If a nozzle becomes clogged, use the provided nozzle cleaning pin to clear any debris from the opening. Rinse thoroughly.
- Water Inlet Filter: Periodically check and clean the water inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump. Remove the filter, rinse it under running water, and reinsert it.
- Draining and Storage: Before storing, especially in freezing temperatures, ensure all water is drained from the pump, hoses, and spray wand. Run the unit for a few seconds after disconnecting the water supply to expel remaining water. Store the unit in a dry, protected area.
- Hose and Cord Management: Wrap the high-pressure hose and power cord neatly around the designated hooks on the unit for organized storage.
