3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging.
2. Remove all packaging materials, including any tape or protective films.
3. Check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.

3.2 Placement

• Place the ice maker on a stable, level surface.
• Ensure there is at least 5 inches (12.7 cm) of clear space around the unit for proper ventilation.
• Avoid placing the unit near heat sources (e.g., ovens, radiators) or in direct sunlight.
• Do not place the unit in an enclosed cabinet.

3.3 Initial Cleaning

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adding Water

1. Open the transparent lid.

3. Fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
4. Replace the ice basket and close the lid.

4.2 Starting Ice Production

1. Plug the ice maker into a grounded 110-volt outlet.
2. Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the control panel. The 'ICE' indicator light will illuminate.
3. The ice maker will begin its cycle. The first batch of ice may take approximately 5-10 minutes. Subsequent batches will be faster.
