3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Inflation

Your inflatable boat features 3 independent air chambers for safety and stability. Inflate each chamber sequentially.

  1. Unfold the boat on a clean, flat surface, free of sharp objects.
  2. Locate the high-pressure air valves on each chamber.
  3. Use the provided foot pump or vehicle pump to inflate each chamber until it is firm to the touch but not overinflated. Do not use an air compressor, as this can damage the boat.
  4. Ensure the valve caps are securely closed after inflation to prevent air leakage.

3.2 Attaching Accessories

  • Paddles: Assemble the aluminum alloy paddles and insert them into the designated paddle holders on the side of the boat.
  • Seats/Seat Plate: If your model includes a mobile seat plate or cushion, place it inside the boat as desired for comfort and balance.
  • Fishing Brackets: Attach fishing brackets to the designated mounting points if you plan to fish.
  • Tow Rope/Safety Cable: Secure the tow rope to the bow rope attachment point at the front of the boat. The safety cable can be threaded through the all-around grab rope for additional security.
  • Motor Buckles: If using an outboard motor (not included), attach the motor buckles to the transom area of the boat. Ensure the motor is securely fastened before operation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Launching the Boat

4.2 Paddling

Sit comfortably on the seat plate. Hold the paddle with both hands, ensuring an even grip. Use smooth, consistent strokes to propel the boat forward. To turn, paddle more strongly on one side or use a sweep stroke.

4.3 Fishing (if applicable)

The boat's stable design and fishing brackets make it suitable for fishing. Ensure fishing gear is secured to prevent loss overboard. Avoid standing up in the boat unless absolutely necessary and maintain balance.

4.4 Docking and Exiting

Approach the dock or shore slowly. Use the all-around grab rope or carry handles to pull the boat out of the water. Ensure the boat is fully clear of the water before exiting.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

After each use, rinse the boat thoroughly with fresh water to remove salt, sand, and dirt. Use mild soap and water for stubborn stains. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

5.2 Storage

Ensure the boat is completely dry before deflating and folding. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid storing with heavy objects on top that could cause creases or damage.

5.3 Repair (Patch Pack)

In case of a minor puncture, use the included patch pack. Clean and dry the damaged area. Apply adhesive (not included, typically PVC glue) to the patch and the damaged area, then firmly press the patch over the hole. Allow sufficient time for the adhesive to cure before re-inflating.

6. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Boat loses air quickly.Loose valve cap, small puncture, or seam leak.Check all valve caps are tightly closed. Inspect the boat surface for punctures. Use soapy water to locate small leaks (bubbles will appear). Apply patch if a puncture is found.
