1. Product Overview

The VEVOR Mattress Vacuum Cleaner (Model P870B) is a powerful handheld device designed for deep cleaning mattresses, sofas, pet beds, and other upholstered surfaces. It features strong suction, a high-speed roller brush, hot air drying, and UV sterilization to ensure a clean and fresh environment.

3. Setup

3.1 Assembling the Dustbin and Filter

1. Ensure the main unit is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Align the dustbin with the main unit's slot and press firmly until it clicks into place.
3. Verify the HEPA filter is securely installed inside the dustbin. An extra filter is provided for future replacement.

3.2 Inserting Aromatherapy Pads

• Locate the aromatherapy compartment on the top of the dustbin.
• Open the compartment and insert one jasmine scented aromatherapy pad.
• Close the compartment securely. The hot air feature will help diffuse the fragrance during operation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

• Plug the power cord into a standard 110V wall outlet.
• Press the power button located on the handle to turn the unit on. The LED smart display will show the working status.
• Press the power button again to turn the unit off.

4.2 Cleaning Surfaces

• Place the vacuum cleaner flat on the surface to be cleaned. The 27,000 RPM high-speed roller brush will activate.
• Gently glide the vacuum across the surface in overlapping sections to ensure thorough cleaning.
• The 60℃ hot air feature will activate when the machine is in direct contact with the mattress, helping to remove odors and dehumidify.
• The UV light will also activate when the wheels are pushed in, providing sterilization.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Emptying the Dustbin

1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged.
2. Press the dustbin release button (usually located near the handle) to detach the dustbin from the main unit.
3. Open the dustbin cover and empty collected dust and debris into a trash bin.

5.2 Cleaning the HEPA Filter and Dustbin

• The HEPA filter and dustbin are detachable and washable.
• Rinse the HEPA filter and dustbin under running water until clean.
• Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling. Ensure they are thoroughly dry to prevent mold or damage.
• It is recommended to replace the HEPA filter every 3-6 months to maintain optimal suction performance.

5.3 Cleaning the Roller Brush

• The roller brush is made of full silicone to prevent hair tangling, but occasional cleaning may be necessary.
• Locate the release mechanism for the roller brush (usually a button or latch on the side of the base).
• Remove the roller brush and use the provided mini cleaning brush to remove any tangled hair or debris.
• Reinsert the roller brush and ensure it clicks securely into place.

6. Troubleshooting

• Low Suction: Check if the dustbin is full and empty it. Inspect the HEPA filter for clogs and clean or replace it if necessary. Ensure the roller brush is free of tangled hair.
• Unit Not Turning On: Verify the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check for any visible damage to the cord or unit.
• Unusual Noise: Disconnect power and check the roller brush for any obstructions or tangled debris. Ensure all parts are correctly assembled.
