4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack the Incubator: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
  2. Placement: Place the incubator on a stable, level surface in a room with a consistent ambient temperature (ideally between 20-25°C / 68-77°F). Avoid areas with direct sunlight, drafts, or significant temperature fluctuations.
  3. Water Filling: Locate the external water injection port. Use the provided water bottle to fill the water channels. Ensure the water level is adequate for humidity control. Do not overfill.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the incubator and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. The incubator supports dual power supplies for reliability.
  5. Initial Power-On: Once connected, the incubator's color display will illuminate, showing current temperature and humidity readings. Allow the incubator to run for at least 2-3 hours to stabilize the internal temperature and humidity before placing eggs.

5. Operating the Incubator

5.1. Setting Temperature and Humidity

The incubator features a color display for monitoring and adjusting settings. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your unit for detailed button functions. Generally, the recommended temperature for chicken eggs is around 37.5°C (99.5°F) and humidity between 50-60% for the first 18 days, increasing to 65-75% for the last 3 days (hatch period).

5.2. Egg Placement

Carefully place fertilized eggs into the egg trays. Ensure they are clean and free from cracks. The incubator's 360° rotating egg tray mechanism will automatically turn the eggs.

5.3. Automatic Egg Turning

The incubator is equipped with a pure copper motor for stable and automatic egg rotation. This feature eliminates the need for manual turning, promoting healthy embryo development.

5.4. Temperature Control and Air Circulation

The incubator utilizes 4 air ducts for circulating temperature control, ensuring a 360° uniform air supply without dead spots. This maintains a consistent temperature throughout the incubation chamber.

5.5. Egg Candling

Utilize the one-key light egg function with the built-in LED cold light source to safely candle eggs. This allows you to monitor embryo development without harming the eggs.

6. Maintenance

  1. Cleaning: After each hatching cycle, unplug the incubator and allow it to cool. Clean all surfaces with a mild disinfectant solution and a soft cloth. Ensure all components are dry before reassembly or storage.
  2. Water Channels: Periodically clean the water channels to prevent algae or bacterial growth.
  3. Storage: Store the incubator in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting Guide

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Temperature fluctuationsPoor room insulation, incubator lid not sealed, faulty sensor.Ensure stable room temperature, check lid seal, contact support if sensor suspected.
Humidity too lowInsufficient water in channels, dry ambient air.Add more water to channels, consider increasing room humidity.
Eggs not turningMotor malfunction, obstruction in tray mechanism.Check for obstructions, ensure power is connected, contact support if motor fails.
Poor hatch rateIncorrect temperature/humidity, infertile eggs, poor egg quality.Verify settings, use fresh fertile eggs, ensure proper egg storage.
