4. Charging the Batteries

Before first use, fully charge both batteries to ensure maximum performance and longevity. Use the provided Type-C 2-in-1 charging cable and 5V/2A adapter.

  1. Connect the Type-C end of the charging cable to the battery's input port.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to the 5V/2A wall adapter.
  3. Plug the wall adapter into a power outlet.
  4. The battery's power indicator lights will illuminate to show charging progress. Four grids of brightness indicate a full charge.

5. Operation and Temperature Control

The batteries feature a simple 4-level temperature control system for personalized warmth.

  1. Power On/Off: Long press the 'ON/OFF' button on the battery to activate or deactivate the device.
  2. Temperature Adjustment: Short press the 'TEMP' button to cycle through the 4 heating levels. Each press will adjust the heat setting.
  3. Indicator Lights: The battery features indicator lights for both heating gear (temperature level) and battery level (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).

7. Battery Maintenance for Longevity

Proper maintenance ensures the long life and optimal performance of your batteries:

  • Initial Charge: Fully charge both batteries before their first operation.
  • Storage: If storing the batteries for an extended period, charge them to approximately 50-75% capacity and store in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
  • Cleaning: Prior to washing any heated device, always remove the battery to avoid damage. Clean the battery exterior with a dry, soft cloth.
  • Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Do not expose batteries to extreme heat or cold, as this can degrade performance and lifespan.

8. Safety Information

  • Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, or incinerate the battery.
  • Keep away from fire, heat sources, and flammable materials.
  • Do not expose to water or moisture.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Battery Not Charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the battery and the power adapter. Verify the wall adapter is properly plugged into a working outlet. Try a different charging cable or adapter if available.
  • Heated Device Not Working: Check that the battery is fully charged and properly connected to your heated apparel. Long press the power button to ensure the battery is turned on. Short press the temperature button to select a heating level.
  • Short Battery Life: Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Operating the heated device on higher temperature settings will consume power more quickly. Extreme cold environments can also affect battery performance.
  • App Control Issues: If your heated device supports app control, ensure the battery is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Refer to your heated device's manual for specific app pairing instructions.
